Buffalo Wild Wings, Portland, OR

Buffalo Wild Wings, one of the top 10 fastest growing restaurant chains, recently opened their third location in Portland, Oregon. Located in the new developing Cascade Station shopping center, BWW has brought an east coast tradition to the west coast.

Imperial Manufacturing was given the opportunity to supply the new restaurant with their walk-in cooler and freezer. Imperial supplied BWW with
their famous beer cooler, housing approximately 20 domestic and imported beers on tap. Their special designed beer cooler features two bump outs with glass doors. Imperial also supplied the location with a meat cooler, produce cooler and freezer. The walk-in panels were installed by David Smith with Smith Systems located in Milwaukie, Oregon. In speaking with David, he stated “The install went together pretty good, it was smooth sailing.”

Ryan Kuehne with Bargreen-Ellingson  awarded the job to Imperial. Imperial worked closely with Ryan and his staff to make this project a success. Imperial
worked on meeting the dates required by the customer. Per Ken Hirsh, who works with Bargreen-Ellingson, “Imperial met the delivery and installation dates
perfectly per schedule. I don’t want to minimize that but it was a Portland Oregon installation, so our expectations for all dates being met were even higher than normal since this job was local for you.”

Ken elaborated in stating “the customer is happy with the performance of the coolers and in fact the overall project. A few days ago he (the customer) stated to me (Ken), “Thanks for your assistance, Ken. Cascade is doing great and running ahead of our projections.”“
