Roy Pitman Compliments Imperial Mfg on Victorville, CA Winco store work

Hi Todd [Sillars}:  Would you do me a favor and pass this message to the appropriate bosses at the factory? I would like to complement Vicki Fijak on the way she does her job, she is very responsive and knowledgable with problems that arise. Vicki is a pleasure to work with. I would also like to complement Jeff Thomas on the way he handles his responsibilities, it sure seems to me that was a great move to put him into that position.

Last but not least the factory personnel have done a super job on the project we are currently installing, the Winco store in Victorville, CA. These stores are as complicated as you get. The above are folks we work with directly and I know there are many more who do a teriffic job.
