The ESOP (and participating employees) now own controlling interest in this 38 year old, Pacific Northwest, walk-in cooler/freezer manufacturing operation. Among the good news given to Imperial employees at the annual ESOP reporting meeting was notice that Imperial stock was at an all-time high.
