Super Insulated Structures from Imperial are specifically engineered for extreme climates. R-Plus Homes energy efficiency cut heating costs as much as 60%. These super insulated structures are equally well suited for the high winds, tropical heat and rains of the Pacific Islands or the harsh cold of the Alaskan wilderness. Choose from many different floor plans-or design your own. Ideal for housing, classrooms, clinics, barracks and offices.

A true panelized housing system is designed to be easy and quick to erect, energy efficient and affordable. High density polyurethane, foamed-in-place structural panels are joined together with a special Cam-Lock device forming an exceptionally tight bond. This process provides a barrier resistant to termites, wind, fire, rain, rot and mildew when the house is completed and installed properly. The Design Process

You may select one of R-Plus Homes standard floor plans, or present us with your own. Private plans must be drawn by a licensed professional architect. R-Plus Homes will panelize the plan and engineer the structure as such. Site survey, foundation design (unless provided) and permitting is the customer’s responsibility.

What’s Included

R-Plus Homes will provide all necessary exterior insulated panels. Frame interior walls, Replicon foundation system, doors, windows and metal roofing are available as options.
